Yesterday I finally met my friends' new baby girl.
Her name is Scarlett. Babies really are magical.
I also met their new dog and chinchilla...nice, but not magical.
I am grateful I got a large load of laundry done last night.
I am grateful I got to meet baby Scarlett.
I am grateful for my vacuum cleaner.
I am grateful for the kind hospitality of friends.
I am grateful one more stack of papers made it's way to the recycle bin.
